Our mission, is to show the world how beautiful the Hudson Valley is, bring an amazing range of talented artists to our little corner of the world, over 200 tattooers from all over the world (USA, Japan, Argentina, Spain, etc.) will be in attendance, but our convention is more than just a gathering of tattoo artists; it is a celebration of creativity, culture, and community. We are committed to supporting small businesses in the area and fostering a strong arts community by connecting local artists, entrepreneurs, and tattoo enthusiasts.

• This is a family friendly event. Open to all ages.

• Children under 12 are free of admission.

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult (please, no strollers).

• No outside food or drinks, or pets allowed.

• The price you pay for admission does not include or go towards a tattoo, but there will be much more to see throughout the weekend. Including live music, entertainment, great food and drinks, contests, shopping, and more.

• You MUST BE 18+ years of age with a valid state or federally issued I.D. to get tattooed.

• Each artist schedules their own appointments and sets their own prices. Please, contact them directly to set up an appointment.

• Never remove your wristband without seeing the admissions counter for proper removal.

• Removed or lost wristbands are subject to full re-entry fee.

• If you have any questions or concerns please contact one of our friendly staff to assist you with your needs.

Cosm will be opening early on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th for all Attending Artists to visit. We will be providing a complimentary shuttle service from the Double Tree Hotel (must have an Artist’s pass). Entry fee at Cosm is $25 per person.
